You should therefore avoid publishing information that you do not want other people to see.

GayBKK is an LGBTQ+ platform. Some information that you voluntarily provide, publish, communicate, or make inferable through your use of the Services may reveal information concerning:

• Sexual life
• Gender identity or gender expression
• LGBTQ+ identity or community affiliation

Certain information may constitute sensitive or special-category personal data under applicable privacy laws.

For example, information contained in a profile, conversation, photograph, username, biography, or community interaction may potentially reveal information about a person's sexual orientation.

Messages are processed to provide the messaging service and to support security, abuse prevention, moderation, troubleshooting, and legal compliance where applicable.

Do not send highly confidential information through GayBKK chat.

GayBKK does not guarantee that communications between users will remain confidential from the intended recipient. Once you send information to another user, that recipient may copy, screenshot, save, or redistribute it.

When you upload profile photos or other content, we process the uploaded content to provide the requested feature.

This may include:

• Other media you voluntarily upload

Uploaded files may be stored using third-party infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.

You should only upload photographs or content that you have the right to upload and share.

• Content that violates another person's rights

Affiliate links do not automatically provide the affiliate partner with access to your GayBKK profile or private messages.
